The service support implies free-of-charge repair of defects from the date of purchase. This applies for all "ORION" products, which are meant for sales in Ukraine and bought by end-users with effect from the 1st of April, 2008. Repair is carried out by highly-qualified professionals from authorized service-centers, which are situated in more than 12 largest cities of Ukraine. No violation of the warranty conditions pointed in the Guarantee Card for the products can be accepted; once violated, repair of such products cannot be carried out.
